Crosse Saphir, or Sapphire Crosse, is a jacquard tapestry cushion cover woven in France. The artwork is an extract from the famous wall-hangings of the Apocalypse d Angers, from the end of the 14th century by Nicolas Bataille based on the illustrations of Hennequin of Bruges, for the Duke Louis 1st of Anjou.
