Description
Flanerie is a European jacquard wall tapestry. The original by Jean-Baptiste Huet (1745-1811) was woven for the first time circa 1780 at the Royal Manufacture of Beauvais. This wall hanging is part of a series of ten wall-hangings - Tentures Patorales - five with red draperies and five with blue draperies.
